We have a Commercial Roofing Construction company in Pittsburgh looking for a Project Manager.
Direct/Permanent role
MUST have Flat and Slope Roofing Experience
Job Duties:
-Negotiate and secure contracts and subcontracts ranging from small to multi-million dollar
- Follow up on previously submitted bids
- Accurately track leads and bids.
- Perform building surveys and core sampling as required.
- Ensure that all working documents and data are maintained to back up estimate figures.
- Write clear, concise, customer-oriented proposals.
- Demonstrate the ability to follow up on and close deals.
- Attend all pertinent pre-bid meetings.
- Conduct roof surveys and meet with clients to assess requirements, take measurements and photos, and to collect data to be used for bids and quotes.
- Track and manage contracts
- Build and grow business relationships with clients in target markets.
- Interact with company staff at all levels to monitor job budgets and costs and to provide technical support/guidance as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Experience in both flat and slope roofing
- Commercial Roofing Experience
- Experience in a PM, Estimator, Superintendent role would be helpful
